Happy Wednesday out there! I'm in the midst of my hectic time for school (17 assignments between now and March 5th) so I thought of no better way to procrastinate then to update the blog! The itty bitty baby is Sarah, the youngest in our family (Liz's youngest), who was born November 24th. She's had a rough couple weeks with being quite sick but it looks like things are looking up for her!

The other photos are all of Lily! I can't believe how much she has become her own little person. If only you could have been there the day she decided to bust a move in the kitchen, jiving to the tunes from her barnyard buddies! Priceless!

I only had one or two photos of Lily sleeping so I snagged the opportunity to catch one while she was sleeping earlier this week. Sigh, what a doll!

Other photos are of her hanging out. The one where it looks like she is pledging allegiance is her showing us how to 'hug their dear' as it says in one of her books (for the parents out there, Chicka Chicka Boom Boom). The hysterical part is that she has a different book that has the picture of a deer and when we say 'deer' she hugs herself. It's funny :-)

I LOVE when Lily eats PB&J - it's such a tidy breakfast choice :-)

Sigh, school works calls. Hope you enjoy the photos! PPS

Happy 8th (!) Birthday, Kyle!

Today we celebrated Kyle's upcoming birthday with a 'Mad Science' party! It was a lot of fun! We got to take part in different experiments and make our own bouncing ball! Lily enjoyed hanging out with all the big kids, but loved dipping her veggies more! She is quite the little person these days! Enjoy your week! PPS.

So, here's the deal - I misplaced my camera about two weeks ago and in a fit of feeling as though I was missing a limb, I bought a new camera on sale. Those who know me, know I'm not kidding when I state I feel as though part of me was missing! So, today while cleaning up, Mike comes across our old camera (seriously!). SO here is the dilemma. I've fallen in love with my new camera but there is NOTHING wrong with my old one. I've still got the receipt and I've got till the weekend to return the new camera. SO, I've taken photos with each camera, posted them to see if anyone can see the difference! Just email me if you can or if I'm just losing it :-)

What a great gift! As part of our Christmas money we bought a year pass to London's Children Museum http://www.londonchildrensmuseum.ca/. So far Lily and I have spent a couple of hours there hanging out. Today we went for the opening day of the 'Bug' Exhibit. We got to hang out with other kids learning about cockroaches and touching the glass of a tarantula (!) and wondering around three stories of discoveries! Let it just be known that I sat beside the spider encouraging Lily to check him out ~ as many of you know, spiders have no space in my heart! We had a great day! Tomorrow we're off to Lily's swim lessons! It's great living in London! PPS

What a great start to the new year! In addition to celebrating our God-daughter (Rebecca)'s 5th birthday, we've welcomed a white short-haired cat, Heidi, to our family! We adopted Heidi from a local non-profit and are looking forward to having her with us.

Rebecca's 5th birthday, despite all attempts from the weather, was a great success! There was a storm here in London that took out random grids of power. Although we had power at home, the power was out at school (approx 400 m to the north of where we live) AND more importantly, at the Little Gym where Rebecca was suppose to have 15 friends over for a birthday party! Since the plaza where they're located didn't have power, Leeat had to do some quick thinking and in an instant a new party was planned for bowling! The added benefit to this plan was that there was a Dairy Queen cake involved :-)
So, Lily to try her hand at bowling for the first time! We have a great little video where Mike has to continually bring Lily back behind the line :-)

Happy 5th Birthday, Rebecca! Lots and lots of love, Aunt Pammie, Uncle Mike and Lily-Pod!

Welcome to the family, Heidi!

Christmas just keeps on going! Here are the photos of Lily opening up her gifts (that arrived today!) from her Grandma & Grandpa, Auntie Jennifer, Uncle Todd, and cousins Olyvia and Ryelin. Pamela showing off her box of chocolates from the Martel family...
Gift opening took place during Lily's afternoon snack. So in many photos you'll see Lily snacking on her apple :-) Here is Lily in her new vest from Auntie Jennifer et al.

Lily and her new bird puppet...Lily and her magnetic doll from Grandma and Grandpa...

Here is Lily and her daddy reading a book. Lily has a book that she loves to read. It has a mirror on the page and it asks her to show different expressions. First is Lily's excited face...
